Improve Accounting Skills

An Accounting Management Review is when an accounting manager reviews an accountant's accounting information and performance and provides improvement recommendations.

Accounting Management Review Objectives

An Accounting Management Review ensures the accountant is producing timely, relevant, and reliable financial information and performing the accounting accurately and productively.

Accounting Management Review Process

  1. An accountant is assigned an accounting manager,
  2. The manager reviews the accountant's financial information and accounting performance,
  3. The manager provides review points (financial information or accounting performance improvement advice and recommendations),
  4. The accountant clears the review points (implements or responses), and
  5. The manager verifies the accountant has cleared the review points.

Management reviews are included in our Experience programs.
