We are in the process of expanding the Community to include accounting paraprofessionals and analysts. Therefore, we have changed the name of the Community to Accounting Community encompassing bookkeepers and accounting paraprofessionals and analysts.

Learning means you gain or acquire knowledge in something by study. A majority of small business owners want bookkeepers with bookkeeping, QuickBooks Online, and payroll processing knowledge. That's why NACPB offers Accounting Fundamentals (bookkeeping and accounting), QuickBooks Online Fundamentals, and Payroll Fundamentals courses.

All Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) licenses expire on December 31. Licensees are required to renew their licenses each year to determine if they continue to qualify to hold themselves out as a CPB. Each licensee is responsible to renew their license PRIOR to the expiration date.

Tis the season to get a bookkeeping, accounting, or tax job. Some of the best jobs, as far as pay and experience, are working for public bookkeeping, accounting, and tax service companies. Practically all public bookkeeping, accounting, and tax business employers hire new employees the last quarter of the year for the busy season.

We are pleased to announce the National Association of Certified Accounting Paraprofessionals (NACAP). NACAP is the sister association of NACPB. NACPB produces America's most qualified bookkeepers providing America's #1 bookkeeping education, certification, experience, and license. NACAP produces America's most qualified accounting paraprofessionals providing America's #1 accounting paraprofessional education, certification, experience, and license. Accounting paraprofessionals begin as bookkeepers, then further their skills learning accounting.

This week we introduce NACAP. NACAP is the National Association or Certified Accounting Paraprofessionals. NACAP is the sister organization of NACPB. Consortia, LLC, is the parent company of Consortia Small Business Accountants (SBA) and Consortia Accounting Business Advisors (ABA). NACPB primarily works with SBA and NACAP primarily works with ABA.

Today we introduce Consortia Accounting School (CAS). CAS is the sister company of NACPB. NACPB’s educational resources come from CAS. CAS was founded by a small Certified Public Accountant (CPA) firm specializing in small businesses. The firm originally followed the standard CPA professional staffing process of hiring college accounting students.However, they realized those students were educated to work for large corporations or the Big Four accounting firms. Therefore, the firm developed education programs for students to work for small accounting and tax businesses. The firm had previously developed educational programs for small business client bookkeepers. CAS is a Utah registered online, post-secondary proprietary accounting school.

Today we introduce NACPB's grandparent company, Consortia Accounting Business Advisors (ABA). ABA is the parent company of Consortia Small Business Advisors. ABA is the national organization that coordinates and governs the Consortia Small Business Advisors’ network of independent members operating remotely throughout the United States. ABA develops and implements the Accounting Business System (accounting business organization, processes, and strategies) for Consortia Small Business Advisors and its independent members. ABA also works with independent accounting (payroll, bookkeeping, and accounting) and tax companies.

Today we introduce NACPB's parent company, Consortia Small Business Advisors (SBA).SBA founded NACPB to produce the bookkeepers SBA needs to serve their small business clients. SBA found that accounting students were overqualified and bookkeepers were under-qualified
