Throughout the program we present, develop, train, and support you in the development of your high-performance accounting business.

At the completion of this program, your accounting business will be established and operational.

Building a High-Performance Accounting Business

Building a high-performance accounting business requires more than accounting skills. You need a high-performance accounting business system.

A high-performance accounting business system has high-performance accounting business organization, processes, and strategies.

High-performance accounting business organization, processes, and strategies include:

1. Managing the organization, processes, and strategies,
2. Researching and developing highly profitable services and products,

Program Requirements

To participate in the Build an Accounting Business Program you must:

1. Complete or are participating in our CAP Program,
2. Complete an equivalent accounting education program, or
3. Own an accounting business.

Accounting Business System Program

The Accounting Business System Program includes the following segments:

1. High-Performance Accounting Business System
   • We present our High-Performance Accounting Business System
   • We develop your high-performance accounting business system.
   • We train and support you in implementing your high-performance accounting business system.
2. Business Plan
   • We present our High-Performance Accounting Business System business plan.
   • We develop your customized business plan.
   • We train and support you in executing your business plan.
3. Organization
   • We present our High-Performance Accounting Business System organizational structure.
   • We develop your organizational structure.
   • We train and support you in managing your organization.
4. Processes
   • We present our High-Performance Accounting Business System processes.
   • We develop your core business processes.
   • We train and support you in implementing and managing these processes.
5. Strategies
   • We present our High-Performance Accounting Business strategies.
   • We develop your customized strategies.
   • We train and support you in executing these strategies.
6. Launch
   • We launch your high-performance accounting business.

Note: Although your business will be established and operational at the completion of the program, your business we be built and implemented in phases throughout the program in order for you to produce results from the day you start your business such as building your brand, building your network, or generating clients.

Additional Information

• You place your deposit (below) to participate in the Program.
• You attend the seven online High-Performance Accounting Business System weekly, one-hour live or recorded sessions.
• You are entitled to a full refund up to the first four sessions.
• We can only develop a number of businesses during the Program. Therefore, attendance is limited.
• This is a one-year (52 week) program. The Program is 48 weeks with a one week break each quarter.
• We present, set up, train, and support you in your accounting business system during the Program.
• This is a pay-as-you go program. There are 12 monthly equal payments billed to the method of payment you provide.
• Each presentation is a live, online, recorded webinar. If you're unable to attend a presentation, you can watch the recording.
• Each presentation will conclude with a Q&A session.
• Although we spend a good amount of time customizing your accounting business system, you spend a few hours each week attending or viewing our weekly presentations and completing accounting business system segment information forms to enable us to customize your System.
• While in the Program, you can email us, text us, or schedule a phone call at any time.
• We are developing your Accounting Business System as we go. Therefore, your accounting business system will be complete at the end the Program.
• Although minor out-of-pocket subscriptions and fees are incurred during the development of your business, we include these fees in your Program fee. However, if you choose to incur any optional additional fees, such as Google advertising, you'll be liable for the payment of those fees. We will always inform you of any additional fees and allow you to choose to incur them or not.

The next Program begins on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.
